Announced in the October edition of Life Science Leader, SAFC has been recognized as a multiple 2012 CMO Leadership Award Winner. Recipients of the CMO Leadership Awards are selected as a result of an independent study including more than 2700 industry peers from pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical companies using CMO services. Out of a pool of more than 200 CMOs, SAFC was an award winner in four categories: innovation (business will enhance by in-house capabilities through a new idea, method, or device); productivity (business will deliver on agreed objectives); regulatory (business is reputable and compliant); and reliability (business will meet all project milestones and timelines).
“To be recognized by our customers in four out of five categories is a testament to the tremendous efforts that have been made in our CMO offering over the last 12 months,” stated Sobia Nayyar, SAFC’s Global Market Segment Manager, CMO. “Our goal is to be recognized as the supplier of choice to our pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical customers. We are continually striving for improvement and will be putting a great deal of energy into that. However, attaining these prestigious awards is confirmation that we are on the right path and our customers appreciate the efforts made by all at SAFC.”
