SAFC is just a few days away from arriving in New Orleans for Informex 2012. As an exhibitor and sponsor of the Informex Networking Lounge, SAFC will have various members of the executive and sales team onsite to discuss SAFC capabilities and technologies. In particular, SAFC will be available to discuss their capabilities surrounding the creation of antibody – drug conjugates (ADCs) which have recently received a lot of press as they become more relevant to the chemical and pharma industry.
Because of their potency, ADCs require a different level of manufacturing capabilities, and SAFC is one of a handful of companies that has made large investments in GMP manufacturing capabilities for antibody – drug conjugates. Here, SAFC Process Development Manager, Michael Bienkowski, talks to us about the ADC market and future prospects for SAFC in this area.
